Amici Forever to perform at La Dolce Vita ball

On December 12th Amici Forever will join Jamelia and Billy Ocean as they perform at La Dolce Vita ball. This glamorous annual affair raises money for charity, and this year’s cause is DebRA, a national charity working on behalf of people affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a rare genetic condition which causes the skin to blister and shear at the slightest friction, or even spontaneously. Revamped Site Pages

We’re thrilled to announce that we've just re-launched two sections on AmiciForever.com.

The Music page has been revamped, and now features lyrics and links to purchase the songs from the iTunes store. The Gallery has been revised as well. It's now much easier to navigate, and we've added forms for you to comment on your favourites!

In other news, swing by the home page and cast your vote in our newly launched poll. This is your chance to make your voice heard! We'll be changing the questions on a regular basis, so make sure you check back often.

David's Online Chat

On Thursday May 10, at 11pm BST David will take an hour out of his busy schedule to chat with you and answer your questions. To take part in the online chat with David you will need to be registered for the forum.

David will be answering your questions on everything from his early days on stage in West Side Story to his Zouk Lambada lessons with a certain South African soprano and the latest on the Amici’s up and coming third album.

Amici on Sovereign FM

Amici will be interviewed about the upcoming Eastbourne ‘Field of Sound’ show  on Monday afternoon, 23rd of April at 2:15pm. The interview will go out live on Sovereign FM. (107.5FM  or listen online at http://www.sovereignradio.co.uk/.)

While they’re in Eastbourne the band will also be visiting St Wilfrid’s Hospice, where time and skilled care is given to patients, carers and families who are facing complex physical, emotional and practical difficulties arising from advanced progressive life limiting illness. A percentage of  proceeds from the Field of Sound event will be donated to this wonderful organisation.

Happy Birthday Bruno

Energetic, passionate and dynamic are just some of the traits used to describe those born under the sign of the Aries and there is no argument that Bruno Santino embodies all of those and more. Thursday April 12 is Bruno's big birthday celebration and in his latest blog entry he wanted to extend a special thank you for all who have left birthday wishes. You can read it here.

With the group working on a new album and the Field of Sound event getting closer we are certain this will not be the only day of celebration in Bruno's near future. With all the spring cleaning we have been doing around here small, hard to read text is now a thing of the past. Thanks to the helpful text enlarger in the top left hand corner of the site, you can now increase text up to 2x bigger than it's original size. Amici Headlines Field of Sound

Amici Forever will be welcoming summer on the lovely manicured playing fields of Eastbourne College, as they headline the Field of Sound concert on Saturday June 2, 2007 in Eastbourne, UK.

Amici Working on Third Album

The rumors you may have heard about Amici working on their third album are indeed true. The foursome of David Habbin, Tsakane Valentine, Bruno Santino and Lucy van Gasse are taking this down time from performing to get the third Amici release on record shelves.

While no release date is confirmed, hopes for a new album in Autumn of 2007 are a strong possibility. Keep checking back for updates as they become available or sign up for the newsletter to receive the latest info on Amici right to your inbox.

Downtime for Maintenance

AmiciForever.com may be not be accessible between 11 pm and Midnight EST tonight. February 28. Maintenance on the site will cause several small outages throughout the hour. We expect they'll last between 10 and 20 minutes.

Amici Welcomes Lucy van Gasse

We are delighted to announce and welcome soprano Lucy van Gasse as the new member of Amici. During the auditioning process David, Bruno and Tsakane were immediately struck by Lucy's beautiful voice and amazing looks. Bruno said:  "As soon as she came in we thought: she is the one".

Lucy is currently completing her Post Graduate Diploma in Vocal Studies at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She hails from a little town called Nailsea just outside Bristol, and owes her exotic surname to her Belgian great-grandfather. David, Tsakane and Bruno are thrilled to be joined by Lucy whose charisma, vocal style and stage presence will be a great asset for Amici both in the studio and in live performance as they enter a new era for the group.
