Yes indeed, I am here in Sydney and having a fabulous time! I had intended getting back over to Australia or New Zealand later this year anyway, but with everything that has happened in the first months of this year, we decided what's stopping us going now!
It is wonderful for me to be here celebrating the end of an amazing journey that I've been honoured, blessed and privileged to watch, enjoy and experience along the way to this album being produced. Geoff has been in fabulous form the past few days at his in store performances, singing four songs at each event. I am contsantly in awe of his strength both musically and emotionally, as his passion when singing and getting across his amazing and inspiring message about autism treatments is overwhelming.
It has been lovely putting faces to many names too of course and I thank all who I've met over here for their welcomes. I hope it wasn't too scary an experience meeting the Joski mutant!!
I'm in Sydney until Thursday, then I fly up to Mackay to begin a few week R&R, gradually travelling down the east coast, before flying back to the UK on 20th May.
I will try to post some more updates and pictures soon, in the meantime take care everyone and know keep enjoying Geoff's great album!
