 I had hoped it was simply journalistic/poetic "licence",  but am grateful for your reassurance.  As you say, it is shocking how little research is done into factual accuracy - reminds me of the saga last year about an alleged appearance by Amici forever which turned out to be a completely different group! 

I have indeed been keeping track on David's myspace and am well impressed; will now investigate Bruno's too - so thanks for the tip on that. 

 I'll carry on watching this space!

To be honest, I think it is just the way that the line reads rather than anything based on Amici currently or even bad research, as the writer was referring to Geoff and Amici having gone their separate ways, but Geoff and Simone still having their entertainment group Incognito Artists.

You could be right Jo- it probably should read "Geoff and the group have gone their seperate ways......"

which again points to sloppy journalism-

in that they either didn't proof read- and pick up the error- or  have the awareness  of the ambiguity of their writing.

Hi everyone. I got to see Geoff today which was just wonderful. He performed in front of a lovely crowd at the new Albany mall. He sang Senza Catene, You'll Never Walk Alone, Finniculi Finnicula and....oh my gosh my mind has just blown a socket because I can't remember the forth song - I'm so ashamed!!

It was such a joy to watch and hear him live. He spoke of his upcoming appearances and of course the Autism appeal which they are raising money for. Came accross as a lovely guy - which I'm sure you all knew already. I even got a signature on my new cd which topped off the day. Though I was painfully shy and could barely manage a "hello"

I tried to take some photo's - you'll have to forgive me because they turned out rather badly. Between him moving on stage and the lovely 6" giant in front of me who kept swaying to the music it was very hard to get a shot. I also captured about 20 seconds of video footage which I can load to you tube if anyone's keen to see it.

Oh I sure hope so!!

For those who are going to see him in Sydney the best spot to be, might be in line with the front of the stage either off to the right or left - that's where he headed with a kiss for two lucky ladies. I was there 40 minutes before he was due on and was about 5 back in the crowd.

Thanks Sparkle, I will probably try for about an hour or more ahead if I can keep Chloe satisfied for that long, she is only five but she has been building this up in her mind for weeks now and is really excited. We have an event calendar going and everything. I might try to leave Madison at home though, there's no way she'll be quite for any length of time.
