The couple before the Japanese pair skated to Garou singing La boheme.

I have to say that the best free dance was by the Canadian couple Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir but congratulations to the French couple for winning the gold medal - their performance to music from 'The Piano' with sign language was beautiful.

Looking forward to the Men's tomorrow and the Gala on Sunday.

What channel is the show on in the U.K.? I'd love to watch these- so maybe I need to check out sports channels?  (Never go anywhere near the things- not sure I even have them... )

Is The Piano performance on youtube?  It's sounds like it would be amazing... skating- and signing- how multi tasking is that!

Worlds have been shown here in the UK on Eurosport and tonight I found out they were also on BBC Interactive.

BTW can you access BBC i-player??? On Tuesday John Barrowman is one of the guests in Hotel Babylon!!! Not sure if this is only available in the UK

Just flicked to BBC - and there's a business report- saying that a lot of stores  in New York are dealing in euros now- because of the low rates of the US greenback.

Good time to go shopping in NY!

I have been watching the skating as well, I have to say I did like the French couple that won but the Canadian couple were great and they have come from nowhere over the past year or so and I am sure if they continue to skate as they are they will be no 1 very soon.

Just waiitng for the skating to come on now after the French Rugby finishes.

Just taped a show from TV5 - should have been from Brussels but was from Courcheval with Brian Joubert and Isabelle and Olivier.

Watched the Men's skating today - Brian was brilliant but Jeffrey was amazing.
